Dr. Madhu Thottappillil is an arthroscopy specialist who has over a decade of experience  in this subspeciality. 
He has treated many sportspersons of eminence and others who indulge in sports for leisure. The common problems encountered in the sports clinic are low back pain, hamstrings pull, ankle sprain, knee ligament injuries, rotator cuff injuries in the shoulder, tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow etc. Our sports clinic is well equipped to treat all these injuries and all these sportspersons have been returned to active sports and are representing the national teams in their respective fields.

Dr. Madhu Thottappillil is associated with various sports bodies in India and guides them in the areas of rehabilitation, injury management and scientific peak performance achievement.

Dr. Madhu Thottappillal has performed more than a 1000 arthroscopic Knee surgeries. Many of his patients have returned to active contact sports such as basketball and volleyball at a highly competitive level.

Dr. Madhu Thottappillil has been recently appointed by The Board of Cricket Control of India (BCCI) as the Exclusive Sports Medicine Consultant for the Member state associations in South India.
